Red Wine Vinegar

I made a couple recipes that took dry red wine. Now I don't know anything about wine, especially the difference between dry & whatever other kinds there are. Aren't all wines wet? Anyways, with some help from the guy working I did find a 'dry' red wine. Turns out I only needed about a cup of the wine between the 2 recipes. I ended up with almost a whole bottle of disgusting tasting wine left. And I wasn't about to dump out something I just spent money on, albeit only $7. Still I don't like to waste stuff. So I found this on, what else, Pinterest. Homemade Red Wine Vinegar. I started it tonight & just have to leave it set for 2 weeks. Hopefully it turns out! I'll let you all know how it works =)
